Shipping policy

Shipping and Order Processing Policy:

All orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday. Order processing can take 1-3 business days. Holidays and special events can increase processing times. Orders are either shipped by USPS or UPS.

Once your order is processed you will be sent an email containing tracking information. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days for the tracking to update.

FireHaus Supplements only supports domestic shipping to the United States, excluding U.S. territories. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free or standard shipping rates- UPS/USPS carrier rates will apply to these destinations.

Please note that our Free Shaker and Samples promotion is not eligible for free shipping. If you add this promotional item to your cart—whether on its own or with other products—your entire order will be subject to a flat $7.99 shipping fee.
